Haha that one oni is all Ayla from Chrono Trigger styled. I think I was playing it while I drew this. Yeah most of the time most settings seem to make oni magic, but it seems to me there's plenty of magic shit around but not nearly enough ogre-y shit so I go with that version. Mainly just that's the first kinda oni I ever read about., and that role stuck with me. But what clearly didn't stick is where the fuck I was going with this plot. It just collapses here.
