Rakshasa having stepped up her game is a major plot point here. There's a lot you can do for final confrontations in stories, and I prefer having incompetent old villains come back legitimately capable. Worked in Starfox, worked in, uh... lots of stuff.
Hati and Sköll's new outfits were designed with transformation in mind! More than I ever did for poor Sasha... I had been waiting aaaages to use that Annette pun, so forgive me for it not being perfectly fleshed.
