Hemogoblins are half vampire half goblin, by the way. I'm not the first to do the pun by far but I did try to make it look cool. Cadere is just Latin for "fall." Kimchi is being dramatic here. I don't know why I draw goblin feet this way, I just always have, since at least 1999.
I'm sure I've commented on that before, but this is the first time in the comic someone realizes their nonheeled nature could be utilized. Reminds me of that term "round-heels" for a slutty woman who's easy to push down onto her back.
I had a bitch of a time trying to draw this dramatic multi-swoosh decapitation. Someone from the webcomics thread was kind enough to help, though I forget whether it was feedback or a sketch to reference. I'll say this much, Vela did fanart of this scene that is far superior, so go look at that.
Along with that muted mauve guy in panel 6, I feel like the Barney-colored ginger goblin is just pushing the color variation a tiny bit too far. I dunno, is it authentic to you?
