Ahool are named for their cry, just like geckos. Actually I don't know how to make plurals in Indonesian... Let me look it up. Ah, apparently it varies by context but reduplication is one method. That's probably why I named her MeriMeri.
Yeahhh now see that is a way better megatherium drawing. And in case you don't know that noise, go play the Sega Genesis Jurassic Park game. The triceratops dying noise in that was utterly iconic.
