Tried to flesh out Hell as an actual place where people live and work here, while also admitting that it doesn't make a ton of sense. Recycled the old comic's water gag and added a bit to it. NPC jokes are a little lazy, though. The tagline in particular is random as hell. I'd already pointed that out.
