Look at those snake coils.. might not really be showing weight, but they're decently 3D! Now the platform they're all on.. ehhh.. I was kind of stuck with it, having drawn it back at the establishing shot of the building.
I tried to make this guy's human form a bit gangly and awkward too. It worked a bit. This has to be one of the better, more appropriate times I've successfully had a callback to some special item. There were so many misfires with that in the old comic, and I wanted to do it right for once.
