Bit of purple panel-line up there. When they're dark, they're easier for me to miss. I think it might be slightly "unfair" to have characters in my setting having misconceptions that come from other settings. I hope it doesn't come off as me saying like "nyeh my fiction/rules is better than yours." The idea is it should play off of inconsistent mythology as a thing that occurs in-universe.
And then I tried mixing The Jerk and Game Grumps references and it just kinda eh. Integrating a 'cur' pun was not worth fucking up the spelling. Decided to just throw in the hyena thing because I had that sitting around burning a hole in my mental pocket, and it seemed unlikely anyone was ever going to exhibit negativity towards scavengers through natural writing progression.
