Evidently I was ready to get an actual story going now. I rarely enjoy having this kind of mechanic in games because they're pretty useless unless you're stupidly lost (and never in games where you NEED them), but on the other hand it's still content to enjoy, and they usually cost money. For a comic at least, they're great.
Kimchi's joke is great so it doesn't matter that they use gold and not green paper for money.
Now if RPGs had panhandling as a mechanic, that would be awesome.
