That is the most pimptastic mayor. I love him. Ribbon might think the result of her recommendation of a fundoshi turned out well, but I think I drew it kind of poorly.
Oh shit, peer pressure! Gotta admit sometimes swimsuits look cool. Here there's a clear problem with the not-drawing-in-people's-bits thing. The pubes Mizu mentions aren't visible. Though it's all rather moot given how crummy proportions looked during this period.
