I was so proud of this. See this location was in the old comic and, just like Gagara Caverns, I had this really clear idea of it in my head that couldn't be depicted in mere pencils. So finally here I got to depict it. All those splotchy unshadows where there's gaps in the foliage, just that coziness of a canopy and a river... of course it's not actually that good, but it was a while before I was even competent at backgrounds so for me this was huge: actually getting something from my head down onto the canvas.
