Staiiirs properly-drawn stairs. I probably shouldn't take such pride in those, but look there's a gradient and everything. You can also tell this is when I learned how to look up what boars actually look like and how they're different from domestic pigs.
Collecting creatures into my compendium and then using them in the comic really hits snags when it comes to things that have awkward names and/or multiple names. Then it gets even worse when I know I'm not using proper grammar with said names because they come from other languages. But I can frequently rely on some other franchise or technically-not-the-same-but-clearly-the-same monster from another culture's mythology to give me a workable alternate name. God bless Strong Bad.
