This is the second time I use this effect, and it's pretty gnarly. I don't for the life of me remember how I did it, which is probably why I stopped. Like I think I just painted one color onto another, then fillbucketed white bits that look nice and crackly as a result?
I want to say I used "troublematic" before, and remarked on how it doesn't look right in text. It's supposed to sound like problematic. Anyway have you figured out where they are yet?
