So yeah I might be cool with squinting at griffins flying and I don't like it when that's considered automatically magical, but this thing was explicitly magical what with the feather allowing people to jump high, and it was designed around that. I also think it had some inspiration from that 'The Future is Wild' thing and its six-winged blue bird thing.
I wish I had remembered to have Sasha actually skin things. There's even a good joke in there since, as mentioned before, some people think werewolves transform by wearing skins. Skinning-knives just look so cool. Hell, I've watched footage of people skinning TREES and it looked awesome. So satisfying.
