It's not the best twist ever, but it's nice the queen isn't evil after all. They are just horrible parents.
I clearly backed down entirely from any realistic consequences to being hit by a fairy-turned-into-a-sword. They just have head-stars.
In any case, it's a good thing that turned out to be the right pearl. And that frogman eggs apparently don't need to be kept wet. I mean, did nagas come by and just steal a frogman egg thinking it was a jewel for the treasury?
