Look at that attept at morning-sky. I think this was the first time I consciously considered how the sky's color should change as the camera rotates around a scene. Anyway for the unfamiliar, jyorougumo have hidden spider legs, which is pretty weird because it gives them 12 limbs.
Yeah what I realized after giving Kaen powers that interact with arthropods is that a huge percentage of monsters I include are at least part-bug, and that means he should try... but for the sake of being-a-comic he has to fail a lot. I think this was at least one of the more unique and funny foulups.
