Yeah it's fair shorthand to say 'brains' but obviously the physical brains can't be swapped... I hope it's just a little bit clear who's in whose body here, because it's funnier with ambiguity. Also that is a legit youkai trick. I don't like the variant where they stick, like, a fake baby to you and IT shifts its density until it's so heavy you can't move and you can't let go of it. Douche move.
