For such a minor character, so seemingly clueless and cute, there is a lot of neat stuff going on. Like how she's not covered in white paint, she's a yuki onna. Can you just imagine someone with pressurepoint skills becoming a masseuse? Even without the criminal aspect, that's neat. That could be its own story.
It's nice Mizu wasn't jelly or anything, yet I put her head in that panel so it was clear she's right there. That makes it better.
