Probably shouldn't have made another light source joke, but it probably only seems like a problem when reading it all in a row. I think I had only just recently decided on a form of brownies that I wanted in my mythos. Took some inspiration from David the Gnome's trolls. Those things disturbed the shit out of me as a kid.
Samflatch is a cute little guy, but just so you get the scale, he's an adult. I sketched up what a kid brownie would look like in this style, but never used it. I'm pretty sure I used a "pass-a-fist through your face" joke earlier, so it was fun doing the reverse here.
