This is weirdly reminiscent of the arctic boat journey in the old comic, complete with just washing up in very strange places. This really was the perfect time to bring Ryuko out again though. It's very much his bag. And he fueled up the Fastboat once so why not? Dem beans is magic beans. I'm also pretty fond of that mothstache gag.
Now these stupid people, I don't know why but I wish I could animate them. I tried doing really subtle things like having their facial features shift.
