Hahahaha lost ring gags. Man, we've all been there in some videogames, right? You do an early-game thing a bit later, and while it's super easy, the reward is crap. That's why scaling is nice, but unfortunately that removes distinctiveness and makes it easy to miss out on the pristine original state of things.
